WHOLESALE POLICIES 

LEAD TIME
Please allow a 4-6 week lead time on all orders.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Wholesale requests require a minimum initial order of $1000, with a minimum reorder of $300. 

WHOLESALE PRICING
All prices are listed in USD dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The buyer will be notified of any price changes in excess of 20%.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AmEx), PayPal, or bank transfer. First time orders must be paid in full before production can begin. Payment at time of shipment or net payment terms may be available after your credit card has been verified and your account established.

SHIPPING
US Orders: The buyer will be responsible for a flat rate shipping fee of $30 unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with insurance. Alternative shipping options can be purchased at buyers expense.

International Orders: The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and for all VAT and Duties fees. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with insurance and vary depending on region.

Orders are shipped from Providence, RI.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any changes or cancellations to orders must be reported to the artist within 5 business days. After 5 business days all canceled orders will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT
Product images may be provided for the purpose of promotion at the buyer's request. The artist retains all rights to any product images provided and retains the right to prohibit the use of any and all images provided. 

RETURNS AND REPAIRS
Order errors and/or defects must be brought to the artist's attention within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Damage or refinishing due to customer wear will be subject to repair fees, which can be determined by contacting the artist directly. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping changes to the artist. All custom orders are final sale.
