Return and Exchange Requests
Return and exchange requests for all items must be made within 30 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, the original item(s) must be sent back within 10 days. Items sent back outside this timeframe are no longer eligible for a return.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in brand new, un-worn condition. We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position.

All custom jewelry sales are final as these pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.

Returns valued over $1,000:

• require an insured shipping label, we are happy to provide the label for $35.

• will be charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the item.

The following items cannot be returned or exchange at any time:

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

• Custom and personalized jewelry

• International purchases

Repair Warranty
Erica Bello will repair your pieces within one year of purchase at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to determine if the item has been damaged from normal wear and usage before approving your repair. Our studio also offers repairs, adjustments, and refinishing at an additional cost. If your jewelry does become worn or damaged please contact our studio.
