  • Demi Fine Jewelry
Erica Bello works with precious materials to ensure lasting designs. Oxidized silver is a result of tarnishing and creates a rich black metal that gently burnishes over time. With regular wear oxidized jewelry will become brighter and develop a finish that is unique to the wearer. Gold gilding is a ancient technique of bonding pure gold to other precious metals. The bond is permanent and will last many years.

    Ceremonial Jewelry
The ceremonial collection was designed in 18k yellow gold to reflect historical jewelry pieces of the last century. Finished with a soft satin texture each ring looks like it has been unearthed. Rough, yet refined.

Ethically sourced man-made diamonds were used to adorn each ring in the ceremonial collection. This modern addition to these vintage inspired designs creates pieces that are accessible and elegant. In addition to man-made gems, natural stones may also be used to customize your ring. Please view our page on custom rings to learn more about the process behind custom designs.

  • Oxidized Silver
With regular wear oxidized jewelry will become brighter and over time will developed elegant silver highlights. Periodic cleaning with a jewelry polishing cloth will keep silver jewelry bright. Never use harsh chemicals such as toothpaste or jewelry cleaning solution to clean your jewelry as it can damage the patina. A soft bristled toothbrush and warm water can help remove light residue from your jewelry.

    18k Gold and Gold Gilding
Gold gilding that shows signs of aging and discoloration can be refreshed with a soft polishing cloth. With heavy wear delicate gold gilding can disappear over time. To have your piece repaired please contact our studio.

Jewelry made in gold or platinum will lightly burnish over time achieving a soft satin look. A soft bristled toothbrush with soap and warm water can help remove light residue from your jewelry.

    Gemstones
Gemstones should be checked annually. With regular wear stones may become loose as a result of repeated bumps and abrasions. Periodic check ups can prevent stones from becoming damaged or falling out. Pave and melee stones will occasionally fall out, especially on bands with diamonds all the way around. Within 12 months of purchase, we will replace melee gemstones at no charge. After 12 months, we will replace melee diamonds and gemstones with a repair fee.

    Storing Your Jewelry

To keep jewelry looking brilliant store it in a dry area. Moisture in the air can lead to tarnishing, so store the jewelry in a jewelry box or pouch. You can also place an anti-tarnish strip in the jewelry box or pouch for further protection. If the jewelry comes in contact with water, perfume, sweat, or any other form of moisture, be sure to wipe and dry the piece.
